Heavy equipment building a sky slope — The Building of WISP in Garrett County, Maryland

Two men at the bottom of a massive snow drift — March 2, 1960. Snowdrift formed by a windbreak at the top of a steep bank. Before windbreak the snow accumulated around the house. In the photo is R. Hummel, Chair of GSCD and Cecil Kight, Conservation Aid. They are standing on top of 8 foot of snow.
