Held in Garrett County

This year’s Maryland State Envirothon was held in Garrett County, at the 4H Center. County winning teams from all over the state met at the Center on June 15, and June 16, to compete for the Maryland State Envirothon title.

Garrett County’s entry was the Southern Salamanders, the winners of the county level Envirothon this year.

We are very proud of the Southern Salamanders, Garrett County’s entry in the Maryland State Envirothon.

They worked hard as a team and brought some serious competition for the other county teams.
