Farm Family Stress Management Program
The University of Maryland Extension in conjunction with the Maryland Department of Agriculture has put together a program to help address the emotional drain of farming. The program is called Farm Stress Management.
There are guides to financial resources, stress management, and legal resources. Additionally, farm families can take advantage of six free therapy sessions.
